1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hera website (www.hera-rituals.com) and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Hera is a registered business in Dubai, UAE, operating under a valid commercial licence issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED).

  • You are purchasing products for personal use and not for resale without prior authorisation

3. Products

Hera sells herbal tea products. All product descriptions, ingredients, and usage information are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in compliance with UAE VAT Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017).

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, and other methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations, if we reduce the price of a product within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to claim a refund of the price difference.

5. Orders & Contract

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. Hera is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 15 days as per our Refund Policy.

7. Warranties

Hera warrants that products are of satisfactory quality and fit for their described purpose at the time of delivery, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law. We do not make medical claims about our herbal tea products. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical concerns or conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of Hera and is protected by applicable UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Hera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
