Hera Rituals is a Dubai-based
women's wellness brand. We make functional herbal tea blends that are built
around the female cycle. Each blend is designed to help you feel supported at every stage of the month.

Our teas are as much about the
ritual as the result. They are warm, sensorial moments you can build into your
day.

Functional means each blend has
a specific purpose beyond flavour. We choose herbs and botanicals for their
traditional properties: calming inflammation, supporting energy, promoting balance.

They are made for women who
want to feel more in tune with their body through the month, whether you are
actively cycle tracking or just looking for a grounding daily ritual. No prior
knowledge needed.

If you are pregnant,
breastfeeding or on prescribed medication, please speak with your healthcare
provider before use.

The same method works across
all three blends:

1.  Pour 1 teaspoon of tea into 200 ml of freshly boiled water at 100°C.

2.  Steep for 5 minutes, with your cup covered.

Covering the cup while steeping
keeps the aromatics and volatile oils in rather than letting them escape with
the steam. It makes a real difference to the depth of flavour.

If you want to sweeten, a small
amount of honey works well without overpowering the natural flavour of the
blends. We would avoid refined sugar, which can counteract some of the
anti-inflammatory herbs.

Keep the pouch away from direct
sunlight in a cool, dry place. Once opened, press the zip closure firmly to
reseal after each use.

The doypack pouches are
resealable. Stored properly, the tea keeps its potency and flavour for the full
labelled shelf life.

The production and expiry date
are on a separate sticker on each pouch. Always check that label for the
specific batch.

Once opened, aim to finish the
pouch within three months for the best flavour and potency.

Shipping costs are calculated
at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We
occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown at
checkout when active.

Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking
number and a link to follow your parcel. If you have not received this within 2
business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first and then contact
us at hello@hera-rituals.com

If your order is past its
expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@hera-rituals.com with your
order number. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

Please note that international
orders can occasionally be held at customs. If this happens, you may be asked
to pay local import duties before the parcel is released. These charges are
outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For orders shipped outside the
UAE, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These
are determined by your local customs authority and are not something we are
able to predict or cover.

We recommend checking your
country's import rules for food and herbal products if you are unsure.

Unopened, sealed pouches
can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Because our blends are
consumable food products, we are not able to accept returns of opened pouches
unless the product is faulty or was received in a damaged condition.

To start a return,
email hello@hera-rituals.com with your order number and the reason for the
return. We will guide you through the process

If the return is because the
product was damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping
cost.

If you are returning an item
for any other reason, such as a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is
the responsibility of the customer.

Please email
hello@hera-rituals.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photograph
of the damage or the incorrect item, and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement
or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Once your return has been
received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business
days. The money will be returned to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card
provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
