1. Delivery Coverage
Hera Rituals currently ships within the United Arab Emirates. For enquiries about international shipping, please contact us at hello@hera-rituals.com.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai: 1–3 business days
- Other UAE Emirates: 2–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to minimum order values.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us at hello@hera-rituals.com within 15 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the damage.
