Refund policy

1. Our commitment

At Hera Rituals, we take great pride in the quality of our herbal tea products. We carefully source and craft every product to meet the highest standards. Due to the nature of our products (consumable herbal teas), we maintain a limited returns policy as described below.

2. No change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the product. All sales are final, except in the circumstances described in Section 3 below.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredients, and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, contact us before purchasing.

3. Damaged or defective products : 15-Day Policy

We will accept a return and issue a full refund or replacement only if:

  • The product arrives visibly damaged, broken, or tampered with
  • The product is defective or does not match the description on our website
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Email us at hello@hera-rituals.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Keep the product in its received condition, do not use or discard it

Claims submitted after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

4. How to submit a claim

  • Step 1 : Email us at hello@hera-rituals.com within 15 days of delivery.
  • Step 2 : Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • Step 3 : Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
  • Step 4 : If approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift sets or bundled products where only part of the bundle is returned
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless damaged)

6. Refund processing

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Hera Rituals does not issue refunds via alternative methods.

7. UAE consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology.
